HMP Property Management (HMP) was founded by owners Edwin and Kristen de Lepper in January of 2003. The company philosophy and business model was borne from the desire to create alternative service options for homeowners.
The de Leppers each have over 10 years of experience providing business improvement consulting to international organizations. They decided to leave the consulting world to directly practice and apply their knowledge to their own business development.
The service industry has, over time, become a negative image in the minds of homeowners who have suffered at the hands of a few bad apples. Many homeowners have stories to share of unreliable service providers, price gouging, and poor workmanship. The intent of HMP is to change this experience and perception in the minds of homeowners we provide service to.
HMP Property Management is a property management company built around timely service, quality workmanship, customer oriented solutions, and consistent integrity in all that our team delivers. The company service offering is built completely around the delivery of service, not only to properties as a whole, but down to the needs of the individual homeowners and tenants. We "own" our customers problems until they are resolved and want to provide a solution for the property need regardless of where the "common" areas end and the "private" property begins.
We take pride in the extra time spent selecting individuals for our team that share in our philosophy. We additionally pre-screen any service providers companies we work with to ensure that they meet our standards for service and we hold them accountable so you don't have to.
To date, HMP has been featured on 9NEWs as "Leading the Way" in our industry. We were also selected, after only 3 months in business, as a finalist for the Boulder County Business Report "X-treme" Innovation Award.
