Request Association Documents

If you are a Real Estate Professional seeking Association Documentation such as HOA Status Letters, Condo Certifications, etc... simply click on the link below and fill out the request form specifying the documentation and information you need.  

We have made access to information easy by posting many of the Association Documents online for you to review.  Once a request has been submitted we will forward you a temporary password to the property website where you can view, download and print any needed information.  Please allow 24-48 hours for all requests!  There is a $50.00 charge for 2 weeks access to any Association website.
