If you have a maintenance request for the common areas of the property or for your individual unit, please log into your Association website first.  Once you have logged into your Association Home Page, you will then find a folder on the left side of the page for the "Management Office".  Click on this folder to find the link for submitting maintenance requests.

Just a reminder that maintenance on the common areas is covered by the Home Owners Association but  maintenance on individual condo/loft units are considered private property and therefore the payment for these services is the direct responsibility of the homeowner or resident.
