Meetings are open to all members of the association. If you wish to speak at the HOA Board Meeting please contact HMP one week prior to the meeting.

The Wynkoop Residences 2012 HOA Board meets Bi-Monthly 6:00 pm 1st Monday every other month: 
reschedule February 8 (5:00 pm),       April 2,      June 4,       August 6,      October 1 (first draft budget meeting). 

November 5, 2012 (budget approval meeting)

Annual Meeting - December 3, 2012

ALL SCHEDULED MEETING DATES WILL BE POSTED ON THE COMMUNICATION BOARD IN THE GARAGE ELEVATOR LOBBY.    Subject to change and residents will be notified prior to any meeting change or cancellation.
