Carpentry	Any hourly woodworking or wood flooring related services. Larger projects related to wood working will be estimated out on a fixed cost basis for the overall project.	$65

Misc. Repairs/Maint - General Labor	Any misc general labor or repair for example: helping to move furniture for residents; installing seasonal décor or moving property for a building on behalf of the Association; general manual labor or non coded/infrequent labor performed on behalf of a unit or building	$50
Building Supplies/Materials	Supplies & materials used for building  maintenance & repair (janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, lighting supplies and materials are billed under separate categories)	billed against materials cost
Handyman	Minor maintenance and repair items such as hanging shelves, installing window or door fixtures, fixing closets, changing fire alarm batteries, filters, troubleshooting or diagnosis of a non-specialized repairs or minor issues.  Any items that cross into specific HVAC, Plumbing, Appliance, Carpentry, Electrical repair will be billed under those specific rates.	$55
Minor Plumbing	Any plumbing related troubleshooting, maintenance and/or repair which does not require a licensed plumber nor any "specialized" equipment	$70

Roof Repairs/Maint	Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance to roof areas by HMP service team - more specialized repairs and maintenance will be escalated to developers, warranty providers and specialized contractors as applicable.	$50
Gate Repairs/Maint	Any repairs to gates, fences, latches, hinges, etc.. That do not require the use of a welder or troubleshooting of an electrical entry system.	$65
Sprinkler Repairs/Maint	any sprinkler troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair done by HMP service team outside the terms of any contracted services already in place.	$65
Carpet Cleaning	For any scheduled carpet cleaning requiring the use of shampoo and specialized cleaning equipment.	$40
Interior/Exterior Common Area Cleaning	For any requests during business hours to come to a property for a clean up of specific trash or debris not related to the general ongoing common area cleaning provided as a  part of regularly scheduled property cleaning services - or - for additional clean up required as a result of homeowner or  contractor negligence (not employed by HMP) leading to excessive debris or trash clean up needs on the property.	$38
