We currently have the following positions available as listed below, along with a brief description 

Lead Maintenance Technician

- Building repairs, maintenance (must be able to handle minor HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical troubleshooting and repairs)

- Troubleshoot fire alarm security systems and garage doors

- Interior and Exterior maintenance and upkeep

- Periodic Power Washing, Painting, Minor Landscaping, Seasonal Snow Removal

- Must have own basic tools and vehicle

Landscape/Maintenance

- Maintenance of grounds including but not limited to mowing,  maintenance of flower beds, weeding, fertilizing, haul or spread topsoil, digging ect.

- Seasonal Snow Removal

- Maintains tools and equipment

- May help with special projects  and general maintenance as needed

- Must have vehicle to get to and from various properties

Cleaning

 - Interior and exterior cleaning

- Seasonal Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal and Special Projects

- Assist with property cleaning checklists and inventory

- Also assist with power washing, light bulb changing, minor property maintenance tasks and general projects 

 - Must have vehicle to get to and from various properties
